When the energy generation on the platform looks incorrect or not how you expected, there are some common causes detailed below:

Load Mirrors PV/ Batteries Stuck at 100% and not Discharging

If your load reading is mirroring the PV production this suggests a possible issue with the CT clamp. This will also stop batteries from discharging once the reach 100% as there is no recorded load for the batteries to discharge to cover. Linked below is our CT troubleshooting guide:

Battery SOC in Sawtooth Pattern

If your batteries are almost at their shut down SOC and the graph shows a sawtooth pattern of the batteries jumping up and down, on a system with multiple batteries this indicates that the SOC has become unbalanced. Linked below is our guide on testing and resolving a battery unbalance:

PV Stops Producing when Battery Full

If you PV production drops down to 0W repeatedly when the battery SOC is 100% the most likely cause of the problem is the PV power has raised the grid voltage above the inverters high voltage AC threshold and the inverter has closed the grid relay in protection. This may cause app notifications stating that the inverter has connected/disconnect from the grid. Linked below is our article on this issue and its resolve:
