How to request a firmware upgrade (Installers)

To request a firmware upgrade follow the below steps:


1. browse to https://sunsynk.freshdesk.com/support/home


2. select "Sign Up"




3. Create an account and login.


4. Once logged in, select "Submit a Ticket"


5. finally, select the "Request a firmware upgrade" option and complete the form provided.


Once the have completed the form, we will try our best to have your system upgraded within 24 hours.


Please note, the engineer may call you to put your system into bypass mode to ensure there are no heavy loads on the inverter while the upgrade commences.
