Grid Connect and Disconnect Notifications UK


The issue 99% of the time is that the grid settings are set to the NI Standard and not the UK. NI has a lower grid voltage disconnect than the UK causing the grid relay to shut down.  In the NI Standard these values are set to 253V or lower.

Please make sure the Grid Mode is set to "General Standard", settings under General Standard should be as follows:


Even though G98/G99 UK allows a slightly greater tolerance than the NI standard, if your grid voltage is increasing above 253V often please contact your Network Operator as this is considered a high grid voltage and their intervention may be required.
