"Set Fail" when trying to connect the data logger to your Wi-Fi

If you get the error "Set Fail" when trying to connect your data logger to your Wi-Fi, this could be caused due to your connection type or firewall.


1. Ensure that your router has 2.4ghz enabled as well as 5ghz. The data logger was designed to only use 2g simply because it doesn't require a fast connection and 2g can travel much further compared to 5g.



2. Add our connections to your white list / exceptions. Within your router settings, you may need to add 2 connection address to the white list or exception list, these are:

iot.e-linter.com:51100
ukiot.sunsynk.net:51100
