Troubleshooting the data Iogger connection

This test is to be used if you are having issues with the data logger data or connection to Sunsynk Connect Cloud.


Using your smart phone or laptop, go to your Wi-Fi settings and connect to the dongle/datalogger (EAP*****) using Password 12345678.


Open an Internet Browser window (Safari / Google Chrome) and Enter 10.10.10.1/invinfo.cgi into web address bar.  


This test is to check the connection between the inverter and the data logger. If the connection is okay, the outcome should look similar to the image below.




Next, open an Internet Browser window (Safari / Google Chrome) and Enter 10.10.10.1/loginfo.cgi into web address bar.


This test is to check the connection between the data logger and the Sunsynk Connect Cloud. If the connection is okay, the outcome should look similar to the image below.




Note, if either of these tests fail, please contact Sunsynk Support with screen shots of your error.
