Unable to change inverter settings

If you are unable to change inverter settings using the Sunsynk Connect app or platform, this will be becuse you only have visitor rights to the plant.


To gain access to the inverter settings, you need to be either the owner or manager of the plant.


Please contact the person who created the plant for you and ask them to share the plant to you as a manager or transfer the ownership to you.
