Gateway Bound Error

The gateway bound error usually means that the gateway is already being used with another inverter.


Ensure you are entering the gateway serial number and key correctly and check in your equipment tab / gateway that the serial number doesnt already exist.


If you have confimed the above, raise a support ticket and our team will locate the issue.
