Viewing L Series, G Series, W Series, X Series plus other Newer Models of Sunsynk Battery Data on Mobile App
Pre-requisite – Before being able to view this Battery Data, your Datalogger must be upgraded to software revision 4790123B24R or higher. Inverter Firmware may also need to be updated to be able to upload this additional Battery Data to the App from the BMS.
When L Series IP65 Batteries have been updated to software revision 0x100B (100B), or higher for newer Models (200X, 300X, 500X etc) you can see this on the mobile app, plus their individual SOC % value, Min and Max Cell Voltages and Temperatures plus other data etc.
From your Plant(s) select the Plant to see Overview screen. At the bottom of the screen select Equipment, then at the top of the screen select Battery. Here you will see s/n of host Inverter.
Tap the drop down arrow on the right and here you will see all serial numbers of the Sunsynk Batteries installed in the Plant, plus their status and respective individual data values.
To see individual data for each Battery simply tap the serial number you want to view. What is important here is the ability from your App to view the individual SOC % value for each Battery. This enables you to determine if their SOC’s have become out of sync by not being charged regularly to 100% and so consider setting an overnight Grid Charge using your Timer Settings.
Please Note – This feature is only available for the IP65 L5.1 and L5.3, G Series, W Series, X Series and other newer Models of Sunsynk Batteries and is not applicable for older Models of Sunsynk Batteries or any 3rd party Batteries.
